§ 1 Object

Artes Liberales is an online journal which is published on the internet under the following link: www.artesliberales-online.com . The journal Artes Liberales is endeavoured to circulate its texts in the best way possible online.

§ 2   Implementation

The author places his texts at Artes Liberales ' disposal with the object of publication and further online circulation.

§ 3 Legal concession

The author grants Artes Liberales the right to make use of his text components. This right of use consists of the physical utilization of the literary work as well as the right of public quotation. With the object of this contract the author agrees with the passing on of his texts towards third and other publishers or operating authorities of online or offline text corpora. He himself keeps the right to circulate and make use of his texts independently, even with the edited wording by Artes Liberales .

Artes Liberales expressly reserves itself the right to carry out necessary changes, especially those which concern the factual correctness of observations and statements or the orthographical grammatical correctness. The editorial staff is entitled to make abridgements which do not reduce the quality of the text. Requests of corrections from the author which are made within one week after the publication in Artes Liberales can be taken into consideration. The author will be informed about the publication date of his text on time. If Artes Liberales is unable to meet the author's requests, the editorial staff is entitled to remove the text component from the internet.

Copies which are left with the author for review purposes pass into the ownership of the author only when the publication of the relevant review is definite. Within three months after the editorial staff sent out copies for review purposes to an author, the author has to hand in a review, otherwise the editorial staff can demand the copies back or the replacement of the copy can be charged to the author's account.
